Shipping and delivery

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

We at Cellunova We want to make sure your online shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Our website is open 24/7 and offers a simple and convenient ordering process. We process orders as quickly as possible so you receive your products as soon as possible - in some cases even the same day.

All delivery times stated are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary, particularly due to external circumstances such as bad weather, holidays, problems with the shipping network or other unforeseeable events.

Please note that we may contact you to obtain additional information about your order before we process it.

Cellunova delivers to Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as internationally.

Processing time begins on the date you place your order. Orders placed before 3pm GMT+1 are usually processed the same day. It may take up to two business days for your order to be processed. Larger purchases and freight shipments may require longer processing times. Once processed, your order will be dispatched.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may be affected by holidays as manufacturers and courier companies limit their operations. Regular service will resume immediately after holidays.
  • Incorrect address information, customs clearance or other problems may delay delivery time.
  • We do not require a signature upon delivery. If you require a signature service, please indicate this when ordering.
  • Cellunova asks you to check the package before accepting it. If it has been damaged during transport, refuse to accept it and contact us.

Track your order

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find an email. If you still have not received a confirmation, please contact us so that we can provide you with your order number.

Once a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with the tracking number. For larger orders, there may be multiple shipping confirmations.


change of delivery address

Changes to the delivery address can only be considered within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at info@cellunova.deif an adjustment is required. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.


delivery backlogs

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email or phone. The out of stock item will be automatically cancelled and refunded unless we hear from you within two business days.


cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before it is dispatched.Please note our refund policy if the order has already been shipped.


Unexpected delays

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer than stated. If your package exceeds the recommended delivery time of 2–7 working days please contact us. We will do our best to solve the problem.


Package damaged during transport

If your package was damaged during transport, refuse to accept it and inform our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact us to discuss the next steps.

Please note: After five days from confirmation of delivery, we can no longer accept any claims for loss or transport damage.
