General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Cellunova

1st scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts made via the Cellunova website (hereinafter "we", "us", "our"). By ordering a product via our website, you agree to these GTC.

3. conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products on our website does not constitute a binding offer. The customer only makes a binding offer when ordering a product. We confirm receipt of the order by email. However, a contract is only concluded when we expressly accept the order by order confirmation.

4th Prices and Payment

The prices on our website are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are added, which are displayed before completing the order.

5th Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will take place within the specified delivery time, which can be found on the product page. The shipping costs are also listed there.

6th right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

7th liability for defects

The statutory liability for defects applies. If a product has defects, you have the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery). If subsequent performance fails, you can withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.

8th Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. We are only liable for minor negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated. Liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

9th data protection

We collect and process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions and the data protection declaration available on our website.

10th final provisions

German law applies. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Place of jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from this contract shall, to the extent permitted by law, be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court.
